We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of entry will apply.

Open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. One account per person only.

Employees, contractors, agents of The Golden Ticket Platform NI Ltd, and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter.

We reserve the right to request proof of:

• Age
• Identity
• Address
• Payment method ownership
• Source of funds

Failure to provide verification within 7 days may result in disqualification.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any entry or account where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

All competitions are operated as skill-based prize competitions.

To enter, participants must correctly answer a knowledge-based question or complete a task requiring skill, judgement, or knowledge.

Entries with incorrect answers will not be included in the draw.

4.1 Paid Entry — Entries can be purchased via our website using approved payment methods. All payments are final once processed.

4.2 Free Entry Route (Postal Entry) — To enter for free, send a clearly handwritten postcard including:

• Full name
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Contact telephone number
• Name of the competition
• Correct answer to the skill question

Free entries must be sent by First or Second Class post.

Free entries must:

• Be received before the advertised closing date
• Be legible and complete
• Be sent individually (bulk or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted)

Only one free entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated. Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.

We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected mail.

All entries (paid or free) are final once submitted, non-transferable, and non-refundable except as set out in Section 9.

We reserve the right to disqualify or permanently ban any entrant who:

• Uses automated systems, bots, or bulk entry services
• Attempts to manipulate the competition process
• Initiates payment chargebacks after entry
• Provides false information
• Engages in abusive or threatening conduct
• Attempts to damage the integrity or reputation of the business

Our decision is final in all matters relating to disqualification.

Each competition has an advertised closing date and draw date displayed on the website.

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to extend, amend, or postpone the closing date and/or draw date of any competition where necessary. This may occur due to (but is not limited to):

• Insufficient entry levels
• Operational sustainability requirements
• Technical or website issues
• Fraud prevention investigations
• Regulatory compliance
• Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Any revised date will be clearly displayed on our website. No compensation will be payable due to a change of date.

Once a competition closes, the draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable using a fair and verifiable process.

Prizes may include (but are not limited to):

• Cars
• Cash prizes
• Technology
• Luxury goods
• Holidays or experiences

7.1 Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
• No cash alternative unless specified.
• If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Vehicle prizes are provided in roadworthy condition at time of transfer.
• Ongoing costs including insurance, tax, maintenance, travel, visas, spending money, or additional services are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly included.
• Winners are responsible for any personal tax liabilities arising from receipt of a prize.

Winners are selected from all valid entries and will be contacted using the details provided at entry.

If a winner:

• Cannot be contacted within 7 days
• Fails to complete verification checks
• Fails to provide required documentation
• Refuses the prize
• Breaches these Terms

We reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner. We may publish the winner’s name and general location in accordance with advertising regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition if:

• Required by law
• Technical failure occurs
• Fraud or manipulation is detected
• Entry levels do not reach operational viability
• Events beyond our reasonable control occur

If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Free postal entries will not receive compensation.

By entering, winners agree that we may use their name, image, video footage, general location and prize details for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation.

If a winner objects to publicity, they must notify us in writing prior to prize release. We will consider reasonable privacy requests where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• We are not responsible for technical failures, system outages, payment provider issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from acceptance or use of a prize.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the entrant for the relevant competition.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

We reserve the right to:

• Conduct anti-money laundering checks
• Request proof of source of funds
• Refuse suspicious payments
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities

Chargebacks or disputed transactions after entry may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal recovery action.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data is used for competition administration, contacting winners, and legal and regulatory compliance. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

All website content, branding, trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of The Golden Ticket Platform NI Ltd.

No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
